Jerry Broadus, PS, Esq. joined the team in 1992, bringing his surveying and legal background into the organization.

In the year 2000, Wendy Lathrop, PLS,CFM first added her expertise in surveying, planning, and FEMA issues to the Cadastral Consulting course offerings. She purchased all rights to the CCI name and operation as of May 1, 2005 when Dennis Mouland returned to work with the Bureau of Land Management.

James R. Dorsey, PLS, WRS joined us in 2005 to add his extensive knowledge of boundary and title matters.

Also in 2005, Joseph V.R. Paiva, Ph.D., PS, PE brought a new dimension to Cadastral Consulting, Inc. with his well-known expertise in the technical aspects of instrumentation, GPS, and error analysis.

In 2006 Rebecca Somers, whose experiences span public and private sectors, added her extensive knowledge of Geographic Information Systems to our offerings.

We are pleased to welcome Chuck Karayan, LS in 2007, recently retired from his position as Chief of Training in the Office of Land Surveys for CalTrans and currently consulting in title and boundary problems.

We also welcome Jeff Lucas, JD, PLS, a surveyor and attorney from the southeast, joining us in 2008.
